Terms of Service
These terms govern our cottage inspection and comparison services. By ordering, you accept them.
1. Provider and scope
PE beyozndhorizonvventures.com, EDRPOU 39698681. We identify ourselves before you order under Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015. We inspect cottages and prepare comparison reports. We do not sell, lease or reserve property; we are not a licensed real-estate agency, law firm or notary. Price and terms are shown before ordering.
2. Client obligations
You provide accurate details, lawful access and timely information. Do not use reports unlawfully or as a substitute for independent legal, technical or valuation checks.
3. Liability
Liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant service, except where law requires otherwise. We are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit. Consumer rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 are not limited.
4. Complaints and refunds
Email contact@beyozndhorizonvventures.com with order details. We respond within 10 business days. If a service was not provided or was materially deficient, we offer a remedy, including a refund where required by Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023. Disputes go to negotiation or the competent courts of Ukraine.
5. Advertising
We do not guarantee inspections, utility availability, road access or documents unless evidenced, under Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996.
6. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data under our Privacy Policy and Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010. Non-essential cookies need prior informed consent and can be rejected.
